THE STORY

At BCV, my team and I have had the opportunity to work with Four Season Hotels across the globe. The work speaks for itself, but over the past 8 years, we’ve helped shape and evolve the way Four Seasons as a brand tells stories through our award-winning work for our clients. Four Seasons has rapidly expanded its holdings in the past 5 years with their global market share going from 2.41% in 2018 to 4.28% in 2023.

Starting in 2020, they wanted to modernize their luxury brand appeal and content marketing efforts to more precisely target the current high-spending demographic - mainly Gen X and Millennials - while initially maintaining their historical style to not alienate current clients. There’s a fine balancing act that’s taken place to make that shift happen by utilizing our owned data, research and creating an intensive strategy and timeline to make that transition happen as smoothly as possible.

For our specific clients, average consumer sentiment is up by 28%, average engagement across channels is up 14% and total impressions are just above 400 million during our partnership resulting in a 14-31% increase in ADR across our Four Seasons properties.
